TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment terms are Net 10 Days to customers who have established credit.
- Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express) or UPS C.O.D. until credit is established.
- Open account to companies that are D & B rated. Furnish three trade references and bank information. Allow 10 working days to establish credit.
- If you would ever have to return materials to Federal Barcode, please call us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Materials must be inspected upon receipt and no materials will be accepted for return after 10 days or without prior approval and an RMA number.
- No returns on Custom Orders.
- All shipments are F.O.B. our facility and shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
- Most stock orders are shipped within 24 hours. They may be shipped the same day if ordered before 11:30 AM, otherwise they will be shipped the next business day.
